There’s something truly magical about watching a painting come to life. It never fails to spark smiles, awe, and connection, turning a simple moment into something unforgettable.
That’s why we offer live on-site illustrations for weddings and events. Whether it’s guest portraits they can take home, or evocative vignettes of the venue, décor, and celebration, we paint what they love, right there in the moment.
Pricing
Our live illustration service is £270 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours.
We’re based in London, so there’s no travel fee within the city.
For events outside London, travel (and accommodation, if needed) will be quoted separately.
How it works
First, when you book, please check with your venue to confirm they’re happy to host us as artists on the day. As you know, Erika and Sofia Studio is made up of two twin artists, and we’ll both be there on your wedding day to capture it together.
For painting live portraits and scenes, we’ll need a garden table for two and four chairs provided by the venue. We’re very happy to paint outdoors if the weather allows, but we do recommend arranging an indoor alternative just in case.
Please note that all artwork we create remains the intellectual property of Erika and Sofia Studio. You’re very welcome to share the images on social media (with credit) or use them as avatars, but they may not be used for commercial purposes.
